Beware - anyone that signs up for short term health insurance with Health Insurance Innovations, billing name, Health Options One, company name added on a life (accidental death) policy when I signed up for short term health insuarnce. After reading the policy, weeks after making my first payment before they snet me the policy, I cancelled immediately requested in  writting a full refund only to find out 8 months later that the life insurance portion did not cancell and they have been deducting $46.95 a month out of my account since January. At the time I needed health care I did not sign up for, need or want life insurance. I want my money back, they should not be allowed to charge me for something I did not want and cancelled.  Shame on me for not paying closer attention, but shame on them for taking advantage of consumers.
