Received scheduled call to talk about pain management. Allowed representative to go through her script but at a specific point something she said caused me to ask a question to which she ignored in continued talking. I again asked her my question and rather than answering she simply re-read the part of her script that I had concerns about. I asked her a third and fourth time and she refused to answer my question. The problem was that she alluded to the fact that even without my permission a prescription for pain management may be charged to my insurance company and mailed to me even without my permission or knowledge. I asked her if this was the case four different times and she refused to answer me at any point. I finally told her that if she didn't answer my question I would disconnect the call and at that point she said okay thanks and hung up on me.

Since this seems so odd I decided to research this company a little bit further after the phone call and found out that they are notoriously this exact Behavior. They get your insurance information and then they try to talk you in circles essentially getting you to confirm by phone that they will call you to discuss your potential medication options and if by chance they don't reach you they will leave a voicemail and then we'll just automatically send the prescription out without your approval in charge of to your insurance. The phone number that they use was a spoofed number that made it appear to be coming from a local person even though this company is based out of Florida with an 844 number for customer service and I am in Pennsylvania with a 717 area code. Dishonest and Shady from the first second to the last. Best to Simply stay away from them as there are hundreds if not thousands of online reports of this exact same situation happening to others
