Healthy Right Now ripped me off too Cordova Tennessee

After I raised chargeback with my bank who then contacted paypal, paypal have some how managed to contact healthyrightnow but on a different email altogether. Healthyrightnow are obviousley running in conjunction with a site called exposouth.com as this was who they contacted to discuss my healthyrightnow order!

I contacted them myself at exposouth.com to advise I will not be signing for the order so that it will eventually be returned to sender and that I just want my money back.

I then received an email from them apologising for the delay and stating that they will refund my money and also stating "Since we have already shipped your product, you can choose to keep it if you like for all of the trouble you have had. Thank you for your patience in this matter"

They charge over $200 for their product and now they are giving it away for free???

Seems to me they are trying to sweeten up the customers that are willing to take it further to avoid it going further.

I think maybe because of the nature of the product, there will probably be a lot of people that are too embarassed to report it. In cases like this they will still be making a lot of money out of people, so therefore can afford to buy customers silence.
