My daughter and I have a joint bank account together. Friday, we received 3 overdrawn notices and could not figure out what was going on. We checked the bank account online and discovered that HealthyDiscountCard had been charging our account. In Feb, 2006, they charged $59.95 and then a week later, $99.95. Then in April they charged another $99.95. I called them today and they told me that they would refund the money in 13 - 35 days. My daughter and I have filed a complaint with the bank and will file a police report. I am also going to get in touch with the attorney general of Mississppi and file complaints with them. Theis is absolutely ridiculous.
