Hedocell.com Fraudulent... Nonresponsive...incompetent...totally lacking customer service Internet

Using a internet search for "Motorola Droid X accessories", I was directed to the Hedocell. com website.  Through the website, I made immediate payment (which included shipping charges) on 7/27 for the below listed item:

I  received the item on 8/6.  Upon opening and attempting to use the case, it was immediately evident that the case was NOT designed for the Droid X.  The phone is over 5" long, while the case is just over 4 1/2" long when closed.  It would not even come close to closing as it was designed to do with the phone in it!

I made multiple calls to the company, always directed to voice mail.  I left multiple messages.  To this day, I have not had a customer service representative talk to me.

I have sent multiple emails which include photographs of their case with my phone in, not fitting properly.  Their one sentence reply asked if I had placed "a skin over my phone".

Their subsequent 2 sentence  email reply (days later) was that they would be happy to replace the "defective" case with another.  I replied the case was not defective, just not designed for my model phone.  I requested that they reply with type of case and dimensions of case they would replace with but, they did not reply.   At my own expense, I returned the case to Hedocell.com. 

This company has no regard for their customers.  Their return policy (particularly since they sold a fraudulent item) and customer service is abhorrent!
