Helga van d**e skincare HVD skin care Failure to provide me with refund Santa Ana California

Approximately  three weeks ago I returned an item to the aforementioned company and have yet to receive a refund to my credit card or via postal services (check). As I was having difficulty reaching the company via email and telephone, I had a colleague contact the company via telephone. The owner stated he would only accept an exchange; however, his website did not state anything regarding this policy. When informed of that, he then said I could go to the office and he will write me a check.

As I am a woman and do not feel safe meeting this man and do not wish to take a day off of work to drive to Santa Ana, I sent him several emails, texts and attempted to call again stating he needed to send me a refund via postal services. I also expressed that I only wished he contact me in writing. It should be noted, he has failed to refund me or contact me in writing. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service in my life! I made the payment online and I do not understand the difficulty in simply crediting my credit card.  I feel I have been stolen from now, as his product had been returned and the $60.00 I spent for that product. Furthermore, it should be noted I spent over $700.00 on products from this company and am completely taken aback why he cannot simply refund me the measly $60.00!
