Helga Van d**e Skincare Problem unresolved Santa Ana California

It's probably been close to ten years since I have purchased anything from this company. I recently ordered a product and was sent the wrong item. I double checked the website and noticed that the both products had the same product number. 

I called the company a few days after Christmas and explained to David what had happened. While I was on the phone with him he checked his website and confirmed the product number error. He was very polite and suggested that I keep the product that was sent....plus order the original product that I had wanted at a discount. He told me that the two products work well together and I figured that with the discount it would be much easier than having to go through the hassle of returning what I had.

I have still not recieved the product that I originally wanted. I have called and left messages. The email link doesn't seem to work. I am unable to contact anyone to find out what is going on. I am glad that I had only ordered one product, and it looks like I will probably be stuck with a product that I didn't want in the first place.
