Unimundo entered into the Confidential Retainer Agreement on May 21, 2010, with Garth Humbert, hellomay.com, ENLINE, INC., MAY from helomay.com, hellomay, iamgarth.com, iamgarth, Jackie Richards, Mathew Simo and Dwell, which was signed by Garth Humbert, CEO as owner of May of hellomay, hellomay.com, enline, inc, iamgarth.com, iamgarth, MAY, to act as an independent contractor for Unimundo. Garth Humbert was to provide a web design for Unimundo TV WebTV. Unimundo on September 21, 2010, filed a federal lawsuit in Los Angeles federal District Court, charging Garth Humbert of iamgarth.com, hellomay.com, enline, Inc, and May for Copyright Infringement; Declaratory Relief; Breach of Contract; Intentional Fraud; and Intentional Interference with a Prospective Economic Advantage; Unfair Competition; and Conversion.  Unimundo charges Garth Humbert entered into a Confidential Retainer Agreement, on May 21, 2010, whereby Unimundo retained, the professional services of Garth Humbert to design the WebTV for UnimundoTV and to provide front-end and back end work. The work by Garth Humbert was to be launched on June3, 2010. When the Agreement was signed, Garth Humbert knowingly and willingly misrepresented that he had a Masters Degree in Computer Technology and Web Design, that he was the creator of revision3.com, and that he and his team at hellomay such as Jackie Richards and Matthew Simo from matt-simo.com, were knowledgeable to carry on and finish the work and launch the UnimundoTV WebTV with full functionality equal to or better than revision3 of the other two (2) competing Web TVs.  It was all a bold face lie! By June 3, 2010, Unimundos Chief of Systems Technology, found that Garth Humbert or anyone else at May or hellomay were [not] qualified for the job; he began to make inquiries as to their capabilities and the progress of the project and began to notice negative performance by Garth Humbert, Matthew Simo and Jackie Richards as well as other people at May.  At the same time, Garth Humbert became combatant and argumentative; he also began to make unreasonable demands for money, outside of the letter of the Agreement; he was demanding more money for work not performed.  Garth Humbert, in a vindictive move began to drag his feet, and refused to provide the agreed-upon Timelines and Milestones as per the Agreement. Unimundo then sent a Notice of Termination to Garth Humbert, effective on June 11, 2010, demanding that Garth Humbert stop all work for Unimundo. At the time of entering into the Agreement with Garth Humbert, the UnimundoTV WebTV was being hosted by GoDaddys servers, which permitted Unimundo to work on the UnimundoTV WebTV, providing other design, programming and technical support. Prior to June 11, 2010, when the Notice of Termination was issued, Garth Humbert had been in possession of all of the passwords and full access by Unimundo, for him to be able to access the GoDaddy account to work on the Unimundo TV WebTV.  Garth Humbert, instead, without any approval or consent and unbeknown to Unimundo, on or about June 3, 2010, hijacked and stole the Unimundo WebTV from GoDaddy and moved it to Media Temple, a different host, opened the accounts in his own name and placed Unimundo WebTV under the total control of Garth Humbert.  Garth Humbert stole the UnimundoTV WebTV from Go Daddy to Media Temple right from under the unsuspecting Management of Unimundo. Garth Humbert hijacked the UnimundoTV WebTV, beyond the reach of Unimundo and blocked all access to Unimundo to the UnimundoTV WebTV.  Immediately after, Garth Humbert claimed that under the Millennium Act, UnimundoTV WebTV no longer belonged to Unimundo but belonged to him that he was the owner of UnimundoTV WebTV. When Unimundo demanded the return of the UnimundoTV WebTV back to GoDaddy, Garth Humbert refused to return the WebTV to GoDaddy, the original host or to any other server.  Garth Humbert then began a campaign of extortion, demanding a large amount of money as ransom for the return of the UnimundoTV WebTV. Unimundo refused to pay it! Garth Humbert informed Unimundo in writing on more than one occasion that if Unimundo did not pay the ransom, which increased in amount as the days went by; he would destroy all of the web-files of UnimundoTV WebTV and make it disappear from the World Wide Web. When Unimundo did not pay the ransom, Garth Humbert came through with his threats. Garth Humbert took the unprecedented step to disappear, the UnimundoTV WebTV, from the World Wide Web on September 16, 2010, vanishing UnimundoTV WebTV from the Internet; sending Unimundos business into a tail spin; loss of reputation and credibility and irreparably damaging UnimundoTV WebTV by destroying files and thousands of copyrighted videos belonging to Unimundo. Unimundo then took Garth Humbert to court. At the hearing in federal District Court in Los Angeles, on September 28, 2010, federal District Judge Dean Pregerson, ORDERED Garth Humbert, which was represented by counsel, to immediately return the UnimundoTV WebTV back to GoDaddy; to restore the UnimundoTV WebTV files; and not to harm any of the files.  Shortly after, Garth Humbert, in complete defiance, in total violation and disobedience of the federal court order by District Judge Pregerson,  using a back door password that he had left embedded into the IP files at GoDaddy with an all access administrator password,  hacked  into the GoDaddy database and the WordPress program and deleted all of the exact codes and file names,  to the videos of UnimundoTV WebTV as well as all of the MetaTags, links, video-players, photographs, and everything else Garth Humbert found in his path or that could be deleted. So far, the bad acts by Garth Humbert have cost Unimundo tens of thousands of dollars in actual damages, legal fees and millions of dollars in unearned income. IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR WEBSITE TO BE DESTROYED BY GARTH HUMBERT; YOU NEED TO ACT TO PROTECT YOUR WEBSITE, YOUR COMPANY, YOURSELF AND YOUR NAME. YOU NEED A LAWYER DUE TO THE FACT THAT CHANCES ARE THAT GARTH HUMBERT WILL DEFY ANY COURT ORDER BY ANY JUDGE BECAUSE HE THINKS HE IS ABOVE THE LAW.
