I have worked for many companies in Orange County in the mortgage and banking industry. The unscrupulous nature of their business model and forgetfulness when is comes to paying their hourly employees will become crystal clear in a very short amount of time. They have short paid commissions because they cannot afford to pay the full commission?

Since when has an escrow check not been the full amount of the compensation? I am not angry or disgruntled. But if you are counting on a check and the FULL AMOUNT of your commission to be paid when it is due, you do not want to trust HELPUFINANCE as an employee or a branch.

Think I am lying? Call a branch and ask to talk to a manager and tell them you are thinking of setting up a branch and ask the owner or manager about his/her personal experience. Enough said. Blinded by short term greed.

Why am I even wasting my time, you ask. To save some other fool, possibly you, all of the headache, loss of time and heartache this company has caused.

Google the owners names before you commit to any employment contract.
