Henry Industries Deceptive Employer Wichita Kansas

Where to start; have worked 20+ years and this was one of the worst companies to have ever worked for:

1. Horrible management from top down. Management belittles employees and talks to and treats them worse than what someone might an animal.
2. No loyalty to employees. No mobility within company. Always replacing managers without any notice, even so far as to hire their replacement and train them at another location and then just bring them in without notice to replace current employee.
3. Hires 90% of staff as “Independent Contractors” rather than “Employees” to avoid paying OT, health benefits, FMLA, and liability insurance.  Treats the “Independent Contractors” as employees without the same protections and due diligence owed to the individual due to the incorrect classification.
4. Constantly being sued by former “Employees” & “Independent Contractors” in every state they operate in (see #1 through #3, as reasons for lawsuits).
5. Treats “Independent Contractors” horribly, and threatens many of them (which tend to be foreign born individuals) that voice their opposition to assignment with threat of pulling contract without them having any ramifications.
6. HR Staff in complete disarray and constantly having to pull “Independent Contractors” files and go back and get documents re-signed because they are completely missing, misplaced, or never there to begin with before being “audited” by their largest pharmaceutical customers that require documents to be in order since “Independent Contractors” and “Employees” are supposed to be vetted and are transporting narcotics.
7. Does not follow the security & safety protocols that it is supposed to based off their customer’s signed contracts and agreements unless the customer is at a location for scheduled audit. Would fail random or unannounced audits by same customers.
