Henry Industries lied about delivering my order from office depot wichita Kansas

I placed a random order  through office max/office depot on 08 August 2017. Nothing expensive but needed items nonetheless.  So a week later I call to follow up witht he delivery and was informed the items were delivered to the wrong address. Hey it happens, so Office Max/Office Depot placed the order again and said it should arrive within 2 days. Well needless to say it didn't arrive so I contacted office max/office depot again and they went above and beyond to see where my items were. They were told I'd signed for them, and got me a signature of the delivery. I opened the delivery email to a child's script and my name misspelled. I did a conference call with the Henry rep on the email and the office rep, because now I am annoyed. The Henry rep tells me she spoke to the driver and my grand daughter signed for the package-huh! Grand daughter I don't even have kids! And I just turned 26, so i let them know I live alone, I was at work, I have no kids or grand kids and I also I have a security camera that showed no delivery! They showed no interest in where my merchanise was nor the fact that a child had signed the wrong name so apparently this company is so wealthy they can afford to pay drivers NOT to deliver packages! Very unprofessional and someone should hold them accountable! I completed a BBB complaint as well, I was shocked to see they have a BBB rating of A+, I encourage any and everyone to help get that grade down to where it belongs!
