On July 21, 2010, Herbal Groups called me and wanted me to try their product on a trial basis. I confirmed, and they sent me their product.

I was not informed by their representative of the 30-day trial. Nothing was mentioned. I had no idea that it was my responsibility to call them to stop it. The charge on my debit account was HRBGRPS.COM. This is very deceptive. I asked my wife if she knew what this was, and she had no idea.

They have charged my debit account $164.70. This is minus the initial amount of $9.95 which was affirmed by me. I want them to put the $164.70 back in my account. They had no approval from me to take it. This is internet theft.
