Herbal Groups Inc. This Company Ripped Me Off!! Internet

I ordered supplements from this company, supposedly "free" for the shipping cost, only to find out I was enrolled in a monthly shipping program. My credit card was billed for the initial shipping charge, plus another $88.64 for the next shipment, which I never received. I called to cancel the enrollment, returned the "free" shipment unopened, since I never received the second one. I have called several times requesting a refund to my credit card, the most recent being today, 1/12/2010. I was given an 800 number to the "Accounts Department", which turned out to be an individual's private number. This person told me they have had numerous calls from people who were given their number by Herbal Groups "customer service" reps. Order from this company at your own risk, prepare to be ripped off!
