Heritage Administration Services, Inc. Iwas sold an extended insurance policy that is worthless Lincoln Nebraska

I was sold a Heritage Platinum RV Extended Warranty Policy when I purchased my nearly new 5th wheel RV. I paid my dealer $1695 for this policy on June 22, 2004. This was to be a 7 year protection.

In the last three months I have tried to contact the company twice concerning repairs needed on the RV. The first time was in January 2009 and they told me the repair company would have to call them for approval. When I contacted my dealer they told me the company was not payngi claims and basically I was out of luck. So I gave up.

Today, April 10, 2009 I had another problem so I went to a repair service company and we called the number listed for claims and received a message that we were number one on the cue but please hold for the first available agent. After about 10 minutes a message comes on to tell us that if we wanted to continue to hold press a certain number but when you do this it immediately hangs up on you. After going through this 3 times I gave up again. I gave up on the call but I have not given up on doing what I can the right the wrong they have done to me and many others.

What a scam...there must be a way to right this wrong.
