Heritage Administration Services, Inc refused claim on 2 stroke outboard when oil pump failed because oil wasn't changed, theres no oil to change Lincoln Nebraska

I have a 2004 150 horse power mercury xr6 2 stroke outboard that froze up because of failed oil pump. they refused my claim because they say mercury says oil needs to be changed every 100 hours. to start with the motor doesn't have a 100 hours on it and 2 stroke motors don't have any motor oil to change. the oil pump injects oil into outboard along with gas. the oil and gas mixture is how a 2 stroke is lubericated. you don't change oil on a 2 stroke you refill your oil tank to replace oil used on each trip. tried explaining that to them, but they're either stupid or acting like they're stupid. and when you try calling them it takes an hour to talk to someone, while a recording keeps comming on saying how important your call is to them. i think they're hoping you'll hang up. this contract was written by cabelas finance. i've always liked cabelas, but if they're going to do business with outfits like heritage i may start doing my outdoor shopping else where
