Heritage Administrative Services Failure to Pay for a Covered Claim Lincoln Nebraska

We are having a similar situation with Heritage Administrative Services. They have refused to pay for repair work on our motor home citing the "Emissions" exclusion. If you are John from Tacoma that posted the original report, we would be interested to see how the follow-up through the courts has gone.
