So yesterday I deposited $30 at 9:30 PM into Heritage sportsbook to put down on Dallas Mavericks +395. The woman told me a processor error had occurred and that I should try closer to game time. I got on live chat at 10:15PM and 'Roger' told me after I tried to deposit that 'it exceed the CC balance.' I called back and was told that it is a processor error communication, what the hell that is. Anyway, I decide to look up my transaction history on the card. I see that $31.93 was withdrawn At
the exact same time as my first attempt that I was told did not go through To the same merchant ID as every other transaction on that card (I only use it for deposits on Heritage). So I call up customer service and speak with supervisor Cecilia. She tells me to send her a screenshot of my ******** account with transaction history. I do this. She tells me she didn't get attachment. I change it to html. She tells me she didn't get that one. So I change it to jpg format. She says she didn't get that one. I take a picture with my camera phone which I used to send them a copy of the card months and months ago which they received just fine. Of course, you guessed it, she didn't receive it and tells me that their email has trouble receiving attachments so she gives me her personal one. I send her the screenshot and go to be sure that this will be resolved early morning today. At least I can say that she was nice on the phone.

 So fast forward to an hour ago when I get back and check my account: NOTHING. Check my email: NOTHING, no 
correspondence at all. I call up customer service and the lady tells me she will put Cecilia on the phone after I describe to her the situation. The phone rings and rings...no Cecilia. The woman comes back and says "Oh, she must have stepped away." SURE SHE DID. So she puts on Gabe, another supervisor. I let him know the situation and even saythat before this Heritage had always had always treated me well, yada, yada, yada. He tells me that yes they did get the screenshot but
they are waiting on the processor to let them know they received the money and they will credit it then. He said he didn't know when. He told me in no uncertain terms that they don't owe me an apology and that it has nothing to do with them whatsoever, that it is the processor. He even insults me by saying that other people's cards have gone through
just fine. WHAT"S THAT SUPPOSED TOP MEAN? He could not have been more rude. So thats where I'm at. It's funny because it was only $30 and I have lost thousands to them but its the principal. AND THE KICKER IS DALLAS WON THAT GAME!!!

BEWARE OF HERITAGE AS YOU MAY NEVER SEE YOUR DEPOSIT HIT YOUR ACCOUNT.
ALSO IF THEY ARE WILLING TO PULL THIS ON DEPOSIT WHAT ABOUT PAYOUTS

I WILL UPDATE WHEN/ IF THIS IS EVER RECTIFIED.
