My husband and I purchased a 1998 Pontiac Sunfire for our (just turned 16) yr. old daughter. My (73yr.) old mother(who, by the way, still works) in a nursing home as a nurse purchased this (fraudulent) extended warranty from (Heritage).
With-in the third week, the vehicle started running (hot) and our daughter had to (immediately) park it, not having driven it (at all, hardly) and this is the KICKER- - - Our daughter is very smart, not stupid or a moron(as some might think OR I should say DO THINK.
I have to tell you now who thinks this OR so say they do(you have heard of individuals grasping at straws) well this is exactly what (Hertiage) adjuster stated - - -Well, the girl drove it running HOT - - Talk about MORON'S. By, the way, if you wish to know the name of this (well-educated) adjuster and I do say this (very lightly) I will try and find a way to let you know.
This vehicle was the (first) for our daughter so of course it meant (the world) to her and she (maybe) got to drive it at the very most 3-4 days and it is still in the shop and as it stands(RIGHT NOW) my husband and I are looking at shelling out over ($1,000.00) this vehicle had a (very damaged) (head gasket) had to have (fuel injectors).
Oh, yes, by the way if any of you nice people can tell me how this (brilliant) adjuster has the (knowledge & ablity)to state that Chelsie(our daughter) drove her vehicle running (HOT)it really scares me (where was this GUY??????) It could scare the HELL out of me - -But then as I said above - - -Grasping for straws and a way out. Sounds like this (Heritage) is really a way to go. Just joking because this is a company to advoid like you would a (cooperhead/ python).

You did not indicate if Heritage had your daughters vehicle inspected if Heritage did not then your assumption is accurate (if the vehicle was run for a extended period of time the engine may be warped...this is the indicator, PS: you indicate "not driven it at all, HARDLY this would and may be considered customer abuse").
However your vehicle suffers from what the industry refers to as pre-existing conditions which no service contract company (including factory programs" assumes responsibility for.
Return to the selling dealership they are responsible for the repairs, Head gaskets do not go out in under three weeks the problem existed prior to the sale of the vehicle. The fuel injectors issue may be caused by the type of gas you may have purchased but more than likely they were also in poor condition prior to the sale of the vehicle.
