Heritage Warranty Mutual Insurance Contract No HRV 171396 holder Lincoln Washington

I have a 7 year contract number HRV 171396 for coverage on a Winnabago Brave Motorhome purchased on 7 Dec 2003. The contract excludes hinges under the contract. The failure on the motorhome was the epoxy that holds the hinge to the fiberglass engine compartment hood. Heritage claims the hinge is not covered. I agree, however the repair used the same hinge and replaced the old epoxy. They were called by Roy Robinson Cheverolet of Marysville, Wa 98270 (360) 659-6236 prior to repair and were told the hinge is not covered. The invoice total was $343.44 under Vin number 5B4MP67G443378366.

The contract is very clear about no coverage on hinges but does not exclude the epoxy. Heritage says the epoxy is part of the hinge and I disagre.
