Herman Street Take the money and run Ogden, Ut 84401 Utah

I should have known better and checked reviews on this business, herman street.com, but again I was in a hurry.  I purchased a downloadable piece of software through this business using my american express card.  I downloaded this product to my computer and when I tried to open and run this program, I kept getting a web page from easy web hosting telling me to open a web hosting account, which I did not want.  I tried this process three or four times with the same results.  I was not able to access this program and I would have to close this page.  I will file a dispute with my credit card company, but I do not think it will do me any good, as herman street has covered all their bases on their web site as far as refunds or returns are concerned.  This is a good or maybe not so good an example of really do your home work and check on a online business before you put your money down.  I do not like to wish a business any bad luck or misfortune, but this time I will make an exception.  What I paid for and downloaded from herman sreet.com  was worthless.
