My boyfriend heard a radio ad for some free Hero Tabs. Did not sign up or give verbal permission to continue to send them. They are sending them at $59.95 every month.

He has tried to call them several times and all he gets is music.....waits forever...no one ever comes on.

Can't return without a RMA#, but can't get one if no one answers. Can't ship back....they didn't put a Suite number on the invoice. Not sure how to get them to stop sending the product and taking money out of account.

Any suggestions would be gladly appreciated.
