Heys USA Heys, Heys Holdings, Heys Inc Worst Luggage Ever! Bogus Warranty Weston, Florida

I purchased a very expensive carry on luggage with supposedly lifetime warranty on 12/12, which broke on the first trip in 4/13. When I took the bag to an authorized repair person, he told me he does not work with Heys anymore due to horrible customer service and so many defective bags. He also said that my bag is unfixable due to manufacturer's defect and needs to be replaced. And this was the Crowne Edition, one of their most expensive lines. I have sent multiple emails and made lots of phone calls to the company with zero response and there are no other authorized repair centers near me (I live in a major metropolitan area). Their phone or answering machines aren't even on anymore - not sure what to do!
