HFC Household Financial Corporation, HSBC Took the fees, charged high interest with promises, screwed up paperwork Sun Prairie Wisconsin

In an attempt to lower my interest rate, I refinanced with HFC/HSBC. This was a variable interest loan, and I was told that if rates stayed low and my payments were on time, my rate would not go up. To top that, I was told that if everything stayed good, I could refinance within one year to lower my interest without any fees.
My rates went up, along with my payment, even though I made my payments on time. The month that I was ready to refinance, my electronic payment mysteriously disappeared. My bank shows the payment going out, but HFC did not. HFC finally decided that the payment was received, a month to late, and would not refinance without fees, or in fact at all.
While trying to work with the local branch manager to resolve this issue, he mis-represented himself gaining access to information about my personal bank account without my permission.
When I gave up on working with HFC, they did everything they could to try to keep other companies from working with me. They would not answer questions, they acted like they could not understand English, and when asked to send the requested information out in a written statement, they said they would, but 3 months later, the statements have not been received.
I would not be heartbroken if someone were to throw a brick through the window at the HFC location in Sun Prairie, WI and hit the bald headed p***k of a manager in his thick skull.
Companies like HFC are what is wrong with the American financial system. I would be better off dealing with the mofia, at least they would only screw me, not screw me, drag the screwing out, then deny that they did any screwing, and enjoyed it.
