hhgregg hhgregg refuses to give us our manufacturer refund Anderson South Carolina

We bought a LG TV from hhgregg about 3 yrs ago. It stopped working after a few weeks. The serviceman said it couldn't be repaired. The manufacturer sent a refund to hhgregg. hhgregg refused to give us the refund they said we had to buy something from them. Which we did, we bought another TV from them. A Samsung TV which only lasted less than 2 years. It took 3 weeks for the manufacturer to send out a serviceman to tell us the TV couldn't be repaired and they would send the refund to hhgregg. In the mean time we had already bought a new TV. Now hhgregg is telling us we must spend the $500 refund (which is less than what we paid for the TV btw) at their store. We already bought a TV we just want our money. I'm not interested in doing anymore business with hhgregg. I just want my money.
