Hhgregg ripoff extended warranties Douglasville Georgia

I to was ripped off by the hhgregg in Douglasville,when i purchased a 55 inch MITSUBISHI big screen TV.When we bought this tv we were ask if we would like to purchase an extra warrenty that would pretty much cover every thing on it for three years,well what a mistake that was.

Along with the warrenty came free cleanings,which is maintance on a big screen,WOW this is a good deal,WRONG.We have had the tv for about 13 or 14 months,and during this time we called 3 times to set up an appointment to get it cleaned,well no one ever called back.

Now 13 months later its broke when you turn it on it clicks,light comes on,and it shuts back off,so i think well no big deal its covered.HHgregg contracts out the warrenty work,thats why the people dont even bother calling you back,they could care less if your mad or if you cant wash cloths or if you have to sit there and stare at a tv that cost you 2500.00 and it dont even work.

When i contacted hhgregg in Douglasville he gave me the same 1800# that i had called to TRY to get it cleaned for a year,so i refused it and told him to call that they wouldnt call me back so he did.When he called me back he told me that someone would call me to set a time to come out well to my supprise they did 2 days later and said a tech.would call me next week to set up a time for Wednesday which was 8 DAYS LATER, well not to my suprise no call and its now wed.

I called the store,ask for the manager and was ask what the call was about so i let her have it and she agreed i needed a manager,but he was gone to the post office and should be back in 10 min. or so and she would have him call me WRONG AGAIN.I waited about 2 hours and no call the longer i waited the madder i got,so i went up there.

Well i demanded the corp.# and he wrote it down well thats no good either,i sat on hold for an hour no one ever came so im still dealing with it.Maybe this will full warn people out there,BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM HHGREGG.
