  I bought a hid light kit and had in professionally installed.  I paid for expedited shipping , but it took over 8 days to get here, instead of 2.  The box was open when it arrived and one of the bulbs was bad.  I have tried to get a return number per email and they just keep giving me the run around.  They are rude on the phone and will not discuss returns.  The chat person is just as bad and states that he is only for sales.  He has very poor command of english.  Their web site says satisfaction guaranteed among other lies.  Do NOt buy from these people.  Numerous complaints on the web.  I wish I would have checked carefully before being ripped off of $150.00.
