This company charged a 6.5% handling fee which was not shown on the invoice that I printed with the original on-line order. I only noticed the fee when my credit card statement was checked by me. I called the company and was told that they "reserved the right" to charge a 6.5% handling fee on each order. I then asked where this was shown on the order and they said that it was shown in a text box of terms and conditions that I had to check. No where was it indicated on the order. In fact, the order showed a total amount that I was to be charged that did not include the handling fee. They said that they will reverse the handling fee to my credit card account after my call. I just wanted to warn others of this hidden situation when ordering from this company.
