I enrolled in Colorado Technical University and I go online. I live a rural area where it makes it hard to cash checks(i live in Aaska). i was assured that higherone would send me a card in mail, actuall checking account, and i could use to purchase things, debit, credit. I recieved my card yesterday at the POST OFFICE. I called to activate it gave them all the correct information only to denied my account. Know mind you they had over seven hundred dollars of mine. One deposit of wich they lied n said they didnt have, untill I got mad and told them I would file a law suit. Know they told me you can never have a p.o box on your state ID and that you cannot use p.o boxes to open any Fdic inssurred bank. i knew this was a lie, because i opened one with WellsFargo over phone with a p.o box, and a uploaded clear photo of my I.D, 1099T tax document, birthcertificate(state issued), my social security, and a financial aid award letter. i sent all of this to HigherOne only to be told no they werent reall and you cant not have a physicall house number, so i give them our rurual route number, ok told everything is good n ill get my id hold off my account. nothing happened short of me closing my account, and arguying for two days to get them to send me a paper check. i was told that i did not exsist, there was noone under that name birth or social n rufussed for two not to send my check. they were going to hold my funds for 190 and then send it back to the university. much more happened however i am to stressed to continue. ow yeah they email me today  they messed up and sent an invalid check. so they will send another one.

Chris, if you're stressed out now (NOT "know") you're in for a rude awakening.  Colleges expect students to be able to write at the college level. You can't.  Your spelling and grammar aren't even comparable to that of a high school senior.  You might consider taking some remedial courses first, before enrolling in college level courses.

I know this sounds harsh, but I've been teaching college for over 20 years.  You are being set up to fail, and that can be really distressing (and financially catastrophic).
