I recently filed a report regarding the way HigerOne handles college refunds. They filed a rebuttal which FINALLY explained how we could go about getting our refund. In the numerous emails I sent to them they never explained what had to be done.

Now we have completed an order for an official check from them and have online confirmation. That was on 11/09/12 and it is now 11/17/12 and we have received NOTHING. When we go to their website to check on the status of our refund it says nothing about the official check. This was supposd to take 5-8 days to received the check. Yeah, right!!!

I don't care how many rebuttals HigherOne files, something should be done about this company. If you can, stay away from them.
