A representative of Hiko Energy came to my door today, giving me a story about how my energy provider was overcharging us and how I was going to be reimbursed.  She never mentioned switching providers, and she told me not to cancel until I received a call from the company in 5 business days.  When I looked over the paperwork she gave me, I saw that the form she'd filled out was to switch my provider to Hiko.  I also saw that I had 3 business days to rescind my signing up before I had to wait a full month to cancel.  Very shady.
