HILLSIDE HONDA They were supposed to give me a estimate but instead they started repairing my car without my approval and are demanding $10,000 for the repair. I have left messages and also personally visited them to get my car back Jamaica, New York

My Honda Oddesey met with an accident and I took it to Hillside Honda to get an estimate for the repair. I had to keep calling to followup for the estimate but Instead I found out that they started repairing and working on it without my approval. They are demading $10,000 for the repair which I did not give any approvals for. I asked them to stop working on my car as they did not notify me or took an approval. When I went there to pick up my car they did not give it to me saying that it is dismantled and I have to speak to the manager named Dave Anderson.

I went back the next day to speak to Dave Anderson and he said that he has to speak to Henry (who had initially taken the car) but Henry is on Vacation.

Long story short, Henry is back from vacation and I am still chasing them to get my car back. Everytime I call I speak to Dominick and he says that Dave Anderson is not available and they will call me when he gets back.
I am stuck without my car....Please help!
