H&M Credit Card Scam at H&M Clothing Store Douglasville Georgia

I bought a blazer at H&M Clothing Store at Arbor Place Mall, 30135 location in Douglasville. Even though the transaction was approved my receipt didn't print. The cashier asked told the manager that the receipt didn't print but the transaction was approved. The manager then went to the back for about 20 min then returned saying they don't have a record of the transaction and could not release the murchandise. I checked my bank of america app and it showd a debt of from H&M for the desired amount. I also called my bank while still at the register and the agent confirmed that the funds had been debited and the transaction went though but still was refused my merchandise. The manager said there was nothing she could do and the transaction might "fall off" the next business day. It hasn't.
