HMS home warranty Claim denial Ft. Lauderdale Fl

 I purchased a home in April 2015. A warranty was provided by the seller. 2 weeks after buying home the AC went out. Contacted HMS. After their vendor attempted to repair it was found that the condenser needed replaced & the coil was dirty. HMS denied the claim based on lack of maintenance. I just purchased the property, so I certainly could not have maintained the property. I called enrollment to cancel the policy to buy elsewhere. I was informed that since I just bought the home I was covered under the unknown pre existing claus. At this time I have submitted & done everything requested by HMS. I live in Georgia so living without AC is not an option. We are going on 2 weeks with no air & no one @ HMS seems to be willing to do anything to assist. Do not waste your money, look elsewhere for a warranty
