Unauthorized credit card charges.


I order a DVD Everest 2nd Season in May 2009.  They contend I signed up for a trial membership.  I did not.


I have reoccurring charges to my credit card in the amount of $12.00 each month for July, August and September 2009.


I have called the company and filed a complaint without results on 09/03/2009.

HMS MOVIES 866-566-8437 Purchased DVD Pokeomon for my grandson and noticed today a charge from an unknown company called HMS Movies for $19.95. I did not order anything from this company. They have gotten my visa card. Company called HMS Movies committed FRAUD. No permission from me and stole my visa card number to change me $19.95 for?
