HMS Movies charged me for items that were never authorized - I was successful in getting the 19.95 credited back to my account - now I have a 9.19 charge I will have to dispute-what a racket!!! Broadview Hts Ohio charged my account for a 19.95 membership fee-never approved by me Broadview Hts, Ohio

Like many others, I was also the victim of a scam by HMS movies. They also charged me for 19.95 membership fee. I called the customer service dept immediately and after a heated discussion, was able to get the 19.95 credited back to my account. I just now noticed on my bank statement that the same day the 19.95 was credited, a new charge of 9.19 was placed on my account-has this happened to any other victims out there? I plan on calling first thing tomorrow morning to have it reversed & find out what the new charge is for.
Needless to say, I plan on warning everyone I know to stay away from HMS-I have never experienced this type of thievery!
