 On 11/6/16 I purchased a Remote Controlled Flying Shark for $39.95 after seeing an ad on the Internet. Delivery was to be in 4-6 weeks. After 6weeks I emailed that the product did not arrive. It finally arrived on January 6, 2017 in a box that was crushed. The product was non useable. As their website promises 100% satisfaction, I emailed them (using original receipt acceptance). No response. I went to website and clicked refund link....no longer useable. They took my money and sent me a damaged product. They then willingly do not respond or activate refund link. They are, however, still selling products through their website. The Flying Shark is no longer listed as a product leading me to believe there were many problems with it and instead of accepting responsibility for it, have chosen to remain silent. My order #48562.
