On December 29th we ordered two lighsabres from this company. We were also charged twice and I was told that a refund was given.

On January 2nd I received an email saying they were on the way and please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. I checked my bank account and no refund was given for the second set of sabres. So I emailed them again on January 17th asking them about the refund and why my order still said processing when I received an email saying it was on its way to me.

As of today January 23rd I have to receive the product, my refund or a response back to them. I went on line and noticed a lot of people had the same compaints as us. They can keep the product I just want my money back and for them to be shut down for scamming a ton of people.

On 02/17/17 I got an email back from Chris Oliver and all it said was that stuff was delayed due to customs issues and to give it 30 more days. I think not. I deal with customs on a weekly basis and I know that issues are resolved within a few days because any longer than that it will be returned or they start charging a storage fee. I replyed by asking why no one responded to my previous emails and why was there no notice saying something had changed and big shocker he never emailed me back. Luckily I was able to get a refund from my bank and now have flagged that account so if they try to run the card again it will be declind on their end.
