This company offers an inkjet business opportunity to place displays in stores. After they collect $8950 from you, they send you 3 store displays promises high profits from low wholesale prices on ink cartridges.

They make a bunch of claims about (1) The High Quality of the Cartridges (2) All Cartridges are new and made in the USA (3) The cost very little at the wholesale level and you can make $5 apiece on them. They also claim to provide a website and a toll free number at no additional cost. After this they ship you only a portion of the shipment of cartridges you are supposed to get. You have to argue with them and fight for the rest of them.

They promise a refund on unused cartridges, but they do not honor it. They jack the wholesale price of cartridges up so that you can't make money on them. Rack sales are nowhere near what they promise. Customer are unhappy with the prices, so you have to sell them at a loss to recover any of your money.

This company is staffed by a bunch of con-artists who's sole function is to take your money and send you about $3000 worth of crappy inported cartridges which don't sell, then dishonor the contract. It's a major ripoff. I am in the process of bring a lawsuit against them. Even if I win, they are the type of company that won't pay or honor their agreements.

due to the "long-arm' statute being ruled void
in tort cases (slander) we will file again
in "anonymous'" home state because the
information is false and not covered by the 1st
amendment, but is slanderous. This type of
false, slanderous action will not be tolerated.

The Long Arm Statute of Georgia does not permit tortious claims for defamation cases, so the judge simply dismissed Holiday's Lawsuit

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, November 27, 2004

Based on my original report, Holiday Enterprises attempted to sue me for slander and libel in Gwinnett County Magistrate Court in Lawrenceville, GA. The Long Arm Statute of Georgia does not permit tortious claims for defamation cases, so the judge simply dismissed Holiday's Lawsuit. Under the Georgia State Constitution, the truth is a defense for slander and libel. If taken to task, the truth will prevail. My basis for withdrawing comments was simply because of a pending lawsuit and I wanted to limit the damages until the legal matters could be worked out. I still have serious issues with Holiday Enterprises and the way they conduct business and the way they treated me as a distributor. I don't personally think this is a good business investment and would urge people to consider what I and others have written on this website before deciding what to do. Because I live in the United States of America I have the right under the First Amendment of the Constitution say these things. I have documented my issues well. I know of at least one distributor with nearly the exact same claims as I, that won a case against Holiday Enterprises in the Magistrate Court in Gwinnett County, GA.

False Accusation

Re: Anonymous, Silverdale Washington

On or about 6/17/2004 Mr. Anonymous purchased one of the minimum distributorships from our Florida sales office. We received a "soft" check from their Washington bank was not posted to our account until 6/24/2004.

On 6/24/2004, all displays, signage and product were ordered, and shipped on 6/30/2004. This customer received his product and displays as promised and 60 free extra ink cartridges.

The inkjet cartridges are of the highest quality. The compatibles are made in China to U.S. specifications and the H.P. and Lexmark products are remanufactured in the U.S. This is expressle stated in our literature despite Mr. Anonymous' claim.

We do provide a replicated website and toll-free number (on request) at no initial cost. We ship every ink cartridges listed in the sale. On rare occasions we may have to back order a certain model, however, shipping occurs within 7-10 days. All reorders are shipped the next business day.

Our company lives by our unconditional guarantee and replace or refund and defective cartrisdge. Mr. Anonymous began complaining less than 3 weeks from receipt of his products, certainly not enough time to verify his allegations.

We welcome a lawsuit as claimed since this company has completed its contractual obligations and we have documentation to verify our position.
