Well I guess I'm among the stupid ones as well. Holiday sold me a distributorship in an area where there were already three other representatives.

I don't know how you can sell exclusive rights to more than one individual. They talk about breaking contracts if you get better pricing and better quality somewhere else, but it's okay for them to break a contract?

I bought in August and I too was very excited because I was told that I was the only one in the area selling the ink. I paid the money and soon there after recieved a ton of ink. It took couple of months before I recieved it in full, but I eventually did recieve all the ink and the displays. Unfortunately, the locator was having a hard time getting me locations and I didn't know why. After a month she finally hired a local locator and that is when I found out there were multiple distributors in my area. I was upset especially after being told multiple times that I was the only one in the area. How could they not know that?

I was so mad and I let Holiday know. They assured me that they would immediately take care of it. But, the issue was never resolved. Patrick suggested that I become a "Master distributor" in my area. He said he would give me special pricing. But, when we placed our orders the person that invoiced would be confused on "what price" exactly he was to give us. When I asked about what distributors where going to buy from me, I was told,"That is yet to be determined".

Website,
Promised but what a joke. There is so much competition out there. The website never worked properly, didn't have all the printers on there, not competitive pricing, and they charge for shipping. When the "new" website came up we all got billed for $60.00 per our agreement without any notice it was going to be due. Why would I want to pay for a website that doesn't generate any sales???? Doesn't work properly, isn't competitive, and charges for shipping when you can get a free website at freeinksites.com that offers free shipping????

Quality,
Did you know that not all their cartridges are ISO 9001 certified. Only the compatible epsons. 99% of the HP's are remanufactured cartridges. Ever notice they don't have the ISO 9001 logo on the box? I lost two stores due to quality issues. One store had 8 differant type of cartridges return out of 11 sales. I have documentation to back this up! Holiday buys products from a company called Future Graphics which I was told has a very poor reputation for buying the cheapest materials. Look on your boxes, do you see "made in China"?

Pricing,
I am a Business graduate but it doesn't take one to know that you have to have decent profit margins if you are to make it in business. I have found a new vendor that charges up to half of what holiday was charging me, and I don't have to buy a distributorship to be in a good re-seller program. I will not talk to current holiday distributors, but if your an ex-distributor, I will give out my referances. But, only to ex-distributors.

As for the person that put the cart before the horse. I too thought that I could work things out with Holiday at one time. Good luck!

Where Are They?

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, February 21, 2005

Hey Nick,

Is it 200, 400, or 500 distributorships that you have sold under the Holiday name? Of these distributors, who are the successful ones?? If so many successful distributors exist, why have none of those distributors come forward to say anything good about Holiday. Why was United Locations of America used as a reference?? Aren't you the owner of that company? This can be verified with the Georgia Secretary of States Office, where you are shown as the CEO and CFO of United Locations of America. Why was a Holiday associate like Jim McCune used as a reference?? Where are the successful distributors, show me some evidence of there existence?

Rebuttal to You All Know Who I am, Utah

AUTHOR: Nick - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 25, 2005

Another complaint from someone afraid to use their real name, This complaint is especially irritating as this individual has received personal attention from this comany. The only complaint she has is she believes that she knows this business better than we do. We will not give her the courtesy of any assitional rebuttal as she violated the terms of our distributorship agreement and we have mutually cancelled our association.

We can only state that we have been in this business for over eight (8) years, selling 3,500-4,000 distributorships of various products. During that time we have not had any serious complaints until this past year. While we understand that you cannot issue 400-500 distributorships yearly without some of the distributors failing, we will continue to try to communicate and train better, as well as reduce cartridge pricing.

Nick, President
