Holiday Fury Fraud, cheaters, liars, stealers! Internet

Ordered a holiday sweater on December 13, 2016.  Did not receive an email confirmation or tracking number.  Confirmation was a DM through Facebook.  Hmmm.  On January 4 I started correspondence with support@holidayfury.com as I still had not received my item or any email confirmation or tracking. BTW there are no phone numers or addresses on the website and nothing - not even the ability to post on their Facebook page.

I asked for them to refund my money, HA what a joke. 

I have had weeks of back and forth with "support" from "your item is getting ready to ship" to "we have forwarded your request for refund to our refund department".  Back and forth, same responses.  Totally BS. 

I called my bank and they cannot file a claim because I actually did authorize the purchase so it is not a fraudulent purchase, however the Holiday Fury company is committing fraud.

The best I can do is warn people never order fromt these people or any website that does not publish their phone and location contact information.
