Hollister Co. rips off on TAX charges!! Rude and ignorant customer service! New Albany Ohio

All math people... play with these numbers for me.

Bought 2 things from Hollister online. Total came out to be $92.80 and shipping and handling is $10.95 I live in CA, Orange County which the tax rate is 7.75% What they did is.. they added the total amount with shipping and handling and then charged me tax. So my total bill was $111.79 WHY??!!

The jacket I bought went on sale so I got price adjustment for $30. So $30 + $7.75% tax should be $32.33... they only credit me back $31.55 WHY??!!

I didn't even take in the fact that they should refund me on shipping too!!

Shipping charges:
$50.01 - $75.00 $8.95
$75.01 - $100.00 $10.95

I should get $2 back since they did the price adjustment for my jacket.

So overall, they over charge me $3.67 I know it's a small amt and it's not worth fighting for... but imagine how many order they have a day and making little money here and there from diff ppl!

I called the customer service at Hollister.. the rep jsut said.... "we charge tax on shipping and handling and told me that all online stores are like that...." WHAT?! are you kidding me? NO THEY DONT! then he got rude and impatient and sounded stupid and won't let me talk to their supervisor...

What can we do here???
