I wish that I would have found this web site before ordering through this Company. Every comment made from other ripped off customers is exactly what happened to me. I ordered in the down season, end Nov/04, and I needed a rush as I had an event whereby I had to be in costume. I received a confirmation of my order showing all items in stock. Shipping guaranteed in by the date specified by myself. Several days went by and no confirmation of shipping or tracking number as this was an international order. I sent several e-mails, attempted numerous phone calls at all the suggestive phone numbers that the web site spells out.

All I got was busy signals, voice mail where no messages can be left and no pick-up. I attempted my phone calls at various times of day and different days of the week. Finally I got a hold of my credit card company who confirmed a charge going through by Hollywood Costumes. Still no e-mail responses and shipping confirmation. Finally I received a UPS confirmation of my parcel. Picked up the parcel and several items where not shipped with the picking slip indicating "Sold-Out" on these items. However I was never advised that these items where no longer available in fact I was advised that they were available. Luckily I was not charged for the missing items but there were so many that I immediately had to go shopping to complete my costume.

If one needs to make a return there is quite the proceedure to do this and it involves a phone call to receive a return code, good luck getting through to anyone. Stay away from this company. A reputable company will always confirm shipping and usually guarantee an e-mail response of 48 hours. This Company needs to be put out of business.
