 They say that they have the recordings, however when confronted or when their sales people out and out lie the recording gets lost. My next step is to speak with the States Attorneys office and advise them of HomeAdvisors fraudulent practices. They probibly hear little bits here and there but this will be another nail in their coffin. They made me pay for bogus leads that I emailed them not to send.

 I notified HoneAdvisor that I didn't want to do business with them anymore. Within a few months they started sending me those bogus leads of theirs and told me that they don't reconize emails to terminate their services after they billed me again. I spent hours on the phone waiting for someone to help me and after them telling me that they would get back with me I got another notice that my credit would be ruined unless I paid them. They tell the public that they screen their so called pros, however they will accept anyone short of murder or a serious felony. If you are a convicted drug user or a petty theif you are welcome and they will take your credit card and charge you $ 178.00 fee to joun them and let you into anyones home who believes their claim that they were screened properly.
