Home Assure is a deceptive, manipulative company that is ripping off consumers. They promise 100% money back if they cannot assist you and will not return any monies to anyone if they cannot help. Stay away from this company and report them to the Consumer Protection Agency, Better Business Bureau, and the FBI. They need to be investigated for fraudulent practices and the consumers that they have ripped off should have their monies returned to them.
