home choice plans ray berges they told me to have pool pump replaced in january and they still have not paid pool solutions. have been trying to contact them for months, even emailed them and no response. don't know what to do. miami, Florida

in january contacted home choice plan. jan 13th was told to contact pool solution to replace pool pump, he was to call claims dep. 800-391-6554, which he did, got the approval number 3232-32755 from sebrina.

pool solution replaced the pool pump and to this day they have not paid them $509.45.  i do not understand this, i did exactly what they said to do.  this is not right and quite frankly i don't know what else to do to get these people their money.

anything you can do will be appreciated, i guess a lawyer is next.
