Home Loan Experts - World Savings Money Scam of Persoanl Loans Paramus New Jersey

A little over a week ago I was contacted by a rep from Home Loan Experts telling me his company could help me with my online app. for a personal loan

He gave me his speech and I went for it. He faxed me over the paper work to sign and refax with a list of other documents he needed to complete the transaction.

The original loan amount was for $8000 and a private lender out of Canada was willing to take on this high risk loan. By the time I had faxed the paper work the same guy called me back and told me that another couple had backed out of thier loan because they wanted to payoff the first one so there was a $10,000 loan just sitting in an account and that I could use that and my payments would go down and the term of the loan extend by one year. So now I've gone from a 36month $8000 loan to a 48month $10,000 loan.

Once he received the paper work he told me where to Western Union the deposit money. This deposit money was said to be going into a Money Trust insurance policy so that if something where to happen to me during the next 4 years my loan would be taken care of. $910 later that I mananged to round up was sent to Onterio Canada to a private individual that I was promised would not pick up the money until I had received my loan directly into my checking account.

Needless to say, it has been over a week now and not only did Western Union confirm that 24hrs after sending the money that it had indeed been collected I still have not seen my loan or been able to get incontact with the guy from Home Loan Experts.

After contacting the BBB in New Jersey and Canada I filed a complaint not only with the BBB of New Jersey but also with the FTC, IC3, local law enforcements and Cybercrime.

By the way, a little FYI...stay away from a company called Eastwood Financial...same rip off. Both of these companies are within the BBB's website just not affiliated with the BBB. And niether one had had a formal complaint filed against them...now Home Loan Experts does!!

One more piece of food for thought. Home Loan Experts from what I've learned was part of World Savings back a few years ago and when World Savings was bought out by Wachovia Bank or they merged, Home Loan Experts division was dispursed. Now, Wachovia shows records of Home Loan Experts but they date back to 2007. Every other office within the US has been shut down and all contact numbers been disconnected except this office in New Jersey.
