Home Remedy Center Scam in the name of Home Loan Modifications, Lower Interest & Loan Reduction New Port Beach California

On May 24, 2013 I signed an agreement with Home Remedy Center after I was interviewed and assured that I have a strong case for lower interest rate, loan modification and loan amount reduction.

Based on the documents I supplied, Remedy were sure that they can successfully negotiate with Wells Fargo on my behalf on the basis of financial hardship. I was then told that the whole process will take 3-5 months.

I very much doubt that they have even submitted my hardship information that they gathered from my 1st interview. After waiting over 5 months the bank started directly communicating with me despite my plea to the company that they should deal directly with the bank. After submitting the documents the bank informed me that my request was denied and I can appeal. I did not lose hope and I faxed the appeal application but till todate there is no answer from the company. The person that I was working email me that she has transferred my request to the department that handles but nothing came and they totally ignored me. I realized that I was cheated and ripped off.

It is not that I was rejected by the bank but after promising that they will take my case all the way and paying over 4K, it is shocking to learn that i was ripped off. I wish I had researched about this company as I found out after the fact that there are a lot of individuals cheated like me.
