Home Safe America stole money promised to help stop forecloser levittown, New York

I looked online for help with my mortgage and saw home safe america they promised to help my stop my forecloser and I thought great they said I need to pay for the cost of the attonery to help me and I did $1995.00 and sent them all my information from mortgage papers to pay stubs etc. Well I kept calling to see what was going on and they told me they were working on it. Well they only called me when my payments to them were due no other time to discuss anything well 3 days before my sale date I called the mortgage company to see what was going on and they told me that they were never contacted and never heard of them. I was able to work with them as they understood I was scammed and filed a fraud report and a complaint with the attorney general. they lied and stole and I was lucky and found out about them when  saw they were deducting money from my account in various amounts even .98 probally to see if I had funds avaialable but I had used a prepaid credit card so they couldnt take money unless I had it so I was very lucky but seeing other reports about how they stole money from others they need to be shut down
