As of this date 02/25/2011 HSA has not responded to my request for our refund now totalling $10,000. A $200 a day charge has been attached for collections.Been over 6 months without an response. Was told 7 months there was a new manager. Ya so. No refund yet.

A few weeks ago I reported a ripoff report on this scrupulous company. Here is what has corresponded with NOTHING actually Happening. Now if you were going to use this company please keep away as this is what they do most of.Cheat ya out of your hard to come by moneys. Yes I do know DO NOT SEND MONEY TILL JOBS in Progress.. Closing for now I also sent them all copies of governmental agency.Still NADA..Sent same info to get even ripoff revenge.Still nothing.

Mr. Blackwell: Much more time had passed and still no response or REFUND. Now Im sure you had informed New Management that this is at $200.00 a day addition to the refund. I will only wait till the first of the yr for a FULL refund then the Radio and newspapers are going to be informed or Home Safe America tactics. Im sure the Attorney Board in N.Y. Would like to hear about that also. Please do your best to stop any further action.Remember I have reported HSA to the governing branches in this state and N.Y.

I understand the AG in New your is hot on your trail along with the FTC,I also heard that the FBI is investigating your felony filled company.
