Be Warned, Home zone realestate is operating a scam.

It is owned and operated by Peter Kalamvokis and John Kalianiotis.

There is an insident ongoing were John Kalianotis is ripping off the bond money from a rental property from my mother who is an elderly pensioner. His reasons for holding $754.00, so far have been 4 excuses.

My mother rang to question why he was with holding money and what the issue was? he grabbed the phone and began yelling and abusing my mother claiming she was not in the right.

How pathetic and unprofessional to begin with, he then claimed my mother swore at him.

My sister was in the back ground as a witness, so two of my family members say the same story and John has manufactured another, he should firstly be ashamed of his unproffessionalism and secondly how his Pathetic attempt to scam money from elderly? How desperate and poorly are they running thier business?

 First excuse that  was madde was that the bank have lost the money, that was made by Peter the other director, then they may have miss placed the money and may be sitting in one of their accounts, they then tried to claim that the rent was missed from the start and that my mother was living in there and then paying rent that is why it was behind from the start, then they claimed there was two missed payments throughout the year.

I have gone back with all the evidence clearly exposing what they are claiming is false, they are now going back to the original excuse that the rent was not paid on the last week.

I have posted this report and if they try and manufacture a excuse as many pathetic scammers do we have the evidence and are in teh process of having this case in the tribunal, do not be fooled and take your business elsewhere and deal with honest professionals rather thes scammers and con artists.
